For Smeralda, we envisioned a unique ring: hand-painted in a rich, sophisticated emerald green, the result of a dedicated search for elegance and refinement. The painting process for the ring is intricate and precise, starting with a thorough cleaning to ensure a smooth application. The color is carefully mixed with a catalyst to the perfect consistency, avoiding any air bubbles, and applied with a fine brush for a flawless finish.

After painting, the ring is baked at a low temperature to set the finish, followed by a final hand polish for an impeccable look.

Available in all Castello finishes, this new Christmas pipe is a masterpiece in a limited release of only 120 pieces: pure artisanal magic, ready to bring tradition and beauty to those who choose it.
